Renaming Feature Types

Changing the display name of a feature type changes the name of the feature type displayed in the Feature Type Tree and in Bentley OpenUtilities Designer's Features Catalog. The new name must be unique and no more than 60 characters.

To rename a feature type

In the Feature Type Tree, click the feature type twice that you want to rename. Or right-click the name of the feature type and select Rename from the shortcut menu.
Type the new name in the editable box.
